Provincial Ombudsman rejects IJT’s activist request for re-admission
LAHORE: (Wednesday, August 20, 2025): The Provincial Ombudsman Punjab has rejected the request of Naib Nazim Islami Jamiat Talaba (IJT) Old Campus, Faizan Khan, for re-admission and restoration of admission in the BS Punjabi degree program session 2022-26. After hearing the arguments of the parties, the court ruled that no maladministration was found on the part of the Punjab University Institute of Punjabi and Cultural Studies, while the disciplinary committee of Oriental College took disciplinary action as per the rules and regulations. Student Faizan Khan showed poor performance in his academics and he is also an active worker of a student organization.
